If you take the total cost of the project and divide by the number of years the roof is covered by the warranty you will get your, “annual warranted cost.” Notice that there is over a $10,000 difference between the two. When you add up the cost of the Modified Bitumen roof warranty over its 12 year lifespan you end up spending an extra $128,817!
